Clubria came out of the reality of running meetups across cities on Luma, Meetup, Eventbrite, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets. One wrong date could send 300 people to the wrong place, so we built one system that keeps the whole operation in sync, and we still run on it weekly.
The product was shaped by real community work, not by a slide deck.
